At Softymize, we respect your privacy and give you full control over the personal and business data processed by our applications. In compliance with Meta Platform Policies, Google Workspace Data Policies, and global privacy regulations (GDPR & CCPA), this page provides clear instructions on how to request and execute the permanent deletion of your data.
Data Deletion Policy
All account data, message logs, and authorized OAuth credentials processed through our WhatsApp Automation CRM belong solely to you. You maintain the right to disconnect integrations or request total data erasure at any time.
How to Request Data Deletion
You can choose to delete your data through two main methods:
Option A: Instant Disconnection
Log into the Softymize Dashboard, navigate to Settings > WhatsApp or Settings > Integrations, and click "Disconnect". This instantly terminates our API access and marks all local credentials for deletion.
Option B: Full Erasure Request
To permanently erase all historical conversation transcripts, synced customer records, and database logs, email us at info@softymize.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
Types of Data Deleted
Upon receiving a deletion request, we permanently erase the following information from active systems:
- Meta User Access Tokens, WhatsApp Business Account IDs (WABA ID), and Phone Number IDs.
- Google OAuth access & refresh tokens and associated spreadsheet/calendar sync links.
- WhatsApp conversation transcripts, template messaging logs, and broadcast analytics.
- Synchronized e-commerce customer records and agent metadata.
- Cached files, templates, and dashboard metrics.
Processing Timeline
Self-service disconnections take effect instantly. Email data deletion requests are verified and permanently processed by our data safety team within 30 calendar days of receipt.
